Please only complete this form once you have contacted Minxies and we have confirmed availability for your wedding date.
If you are making an initial enquiry or would simply like to check whether your wedding date is available, please use our Contact Us page first.
Once availability has been confirmed, your wedding booking is secured by completing this form and paying the £75 non-refundable booking fee. The £75 booking fee is deducted from your trial invoice and is not an additional charge.
Please note: we are unable to book or carry out a trial until your Wedding Booking Form has been completed and your £75 booking fee has been received. If you would like to arrange your trial, please complete both steps first.
This form gives us all the information we need to set up your booking, allocate the appropriate Minxies artist(s) and begin planning your trial and wedding morning.
Please allow approximately 5–10 minutes to complete the form. Don't worry if you don't know every detail yet — where something hasn't been confirmed, simply enter TBC.
If possible, please have ready:
A recent photograph of yourself showing your hair and/or face
Inspiration images for your hair and/or make-up
Once we have received both your completed Wedding Booking Form and £75 booking fee, we can secure your wedding booking and arrange your trial.
