I trained to be a primary school teacher by always wanted to do make up. When I finished my degree I came straight back and trained to be an MUA. I drove round in my little red KA charging brides £25 🤣 I took 2.5 hours to do my first ever bride (poor love!). Roll on 13 years, I have a team of 13 bridal hairstylists and bridal MUAs. Hundreds of bridal bookings each year and now we are becoming more in demand further afield 💗 Next year I’m doing three destination weddings (maybe more). That teaching degree has finally come in handy as I’m going to be launching some Make Up Courses for non MUAs and MUAs who want to get into bridal.
