✨ Community over Competition ✨ Running a team of 15 females who elevate each other, support each other and have each others backs is how I always planned on building this business. For too long the beauty industry was full of bitchiness and back stabbing and was notorious for competition. Over the many years we’ve been in business I have seen a massive switch. Huge strides with women supporting each other, not just within the MINXIES team but with other businesses who run along side us. Wedding make up and hair businesses who do exactly the same as us at a very high standard as we do. Who are well known also for their incredible talent. We see you, we respect you and we will always speak highly of you, as you do with us. We have a lot of brides sent our way from other wedding hair and make up suppliers who don’t have their date free. As we do also, if our calendar is full we will recommend other well known, respected bridal make up artists and hairstylists. Someone once said to me when I was really young ‘what Suzanne says about Sarah, says more about Suzanne than Sarah’ and I have taken that on board the whole of my life. It is a very true statement. Girls supporting girls is what we are all over and being kind to one another is key. Strength is in the pack 🖤 We all work in the same industry, we all have a lot in common (we love the same thing!) and having a support network of experts in our field is priceless.
