ONLY fill this form out when you have checked our price list and we have confirmed that your wedding date is available (you can email / call us using the Contact Us page). Work begins our end when we receive this form, MUA's and Hairstylists are booked and all your information is put on a spread sheet and dates are confirmed in our diaries.

Sit back and make yourself a cuppa...this form will take you around 5-10 mins to complete. You will need to upload:

A picture of yourself (a selfie will do!)
A few pictures of the kind of style you have in mind (if you do have one in mind!)

This Wedding Booking Form helps us gather all the important information we need for your Wedding. If some of the information asked you are uncertain on just make a rough estimate or put TBC, the most important thing is we get your date secured as early as possible.

Please be aware there is a £75 (NON REFUNDABLE) booking fee at the end of the form. The £75 will be redeemed against your Trial Invoice. Please include as much detail as possible about your look (if known) and add any pictures of styles you like.

We ask this so we can respectfully refer to you throughout our communication. Sharing your pronouns is completely optional.
Please upload a profile picture of yourself showing the length of your hair.
Please be aware that any address outside of a 10 mile radius of CF10 will have to pay a small expenses fee for travelling which we work out at 0.75p a mile.
This needs to be the number of a person that is going to be with you on the morning of your wedding. This number will be used as a back up if we are unable to get in contact with you on the day.

Please be aware the weekend and evening appointments fill up fast, if you are available on a week day please let us know because it will allow us to fit you in at a sooner date.
