ONLY fill this form out when you have checked our price list and we have confirmed that your wedding date is available (you can email / call us using the Contact Us page). Work begins our end when we receive this form, MUA's and Hairstylists are booked and all your information is put on a spread sheet and dates are confirmed in our diaries.
Sit back and make yourself a cuppa...this form will take you around 5-10 mins to complete. You will need to upload:
A picture of yourself (a selfie will do!)
A few pictures of the kind of style you have in mind (if you do have one in mind!)
This Wedding Booking Form helps us gather all the important information we need for your Wedding. If some of the information asked you are uncertain on just make a rough estimate or put TBC, the most important thing is we get your date secured as early as possible.
Please be aware there is a £75 (NON REFUNDABLE) booking fee at the end of the form. The £75 will be redeemed against your Trial Invoice. Please include as much detail as possible about your look (if known) and add any pictures of styles you like.
